Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Hamba Jeans, we want you to feel genuine gemaklik in your purchase. If your item isn’t quite right, we are happy to assist with an exchange.

30-Day Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please ensure that items returned for exchange are:

• Unworn and in their original condition.
• Free from stains, marks, perfume, makeup, or any signs of wear.
• Returned with all original tags and packaging where applicable.

No Cash Refunds

Please note that Hamba Jeans does not offer cash refunds. We are happy to exchange your item for another size, colour, or available item.

If the replacement item is more expensive, the difference will need to be paid before the exchange is processed. If the replacement item is less expensive, the difference may be used towards another Hamba Jeans item.

Courier & Return Costs

The cost of sending the item back to Hamba Jeans for an exchange is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service.

Once we receive your parcel, our team will inspect the item and contact you to arrange your exchange.
